Abstract
1. Способ проверки параллельности рельсового пути к продольной оси лесопильной рамы (ЛР), включающий перенос направления продольной оси ЛР, заданной в виде туго натянутой струны, на уровень рельсов и оценку разности расстояний от полученной точки до одного из рельсов, в разных местах по длине рельсового пути, отличающийся тем, что перенос направления струны на уровень рельсов выполняется при помощи поверочного угольника, базируемого на горизонтальной опоре, путем установки вертикальной полки угольника по касательной к струне, а измерение расстояния от этой полки угольника до рельса заменяется измерением расстояния от полки до переставного упора, закрепляемого в удобном для измерения месте на горизонтальной опоре, и выполняется контактным способом при помощи индикатора или штангенглубиномера. ! 2. Устройство для осуществления способа, включающее горизонтальную плоскую опору, поверочный угольник и брусковый уровень, отличающееся тем, что горизонтальная опора выполнена в виде плоскопараллельного бруска, укладывемого поперек рельсового пути на головки рельсов; брусок устанавливается в горизонтальное положение по уровню при помощи регулировочного винта на свободном конце бруска и базируется по одному из рельсов при помощи неподвижного упора на другом конце бруска, а измерительное устройство выполнено в виде индикатора на переставной опоре, закрепляемой на верхней поверхности бруска соответственно исходному положению угольника, вертикальная полка которого установлена по касательной к туго натянутой струне, имитирующей направление продольной оси ЛР. 1.
