Abstract
Устройство для испытания приборов и элементов систем аэрогазового и пылевого контроля шахтной атмосферы, включающее испытательную камеру, систему подачи пыли, систему создания заданной влажности воздуха и поддержания температуры, устройство для определения степени концентрации пыли и измерительную станцию, включающую последовательно установленные термометр, расходомер, анемометр, манометр, отличающееся тем, что, с целью установления достоверных значений контролируемых параметров, устройство снабжено системой ввода газа, а испытательная камера выполнена тороидальной формы и представляет собой герметичный замкнутый воздуховод, выполненный во взрывобезопасном исполнении внутри которого расположены испытываемые приборы и элементы систем аэрогазового и пылевого контроля, и вентилятор регулирующий скорость потока воздушной струи в испытательной камере, при этом измерительная станция дополнительно снабжена газоанализатором, трубкой полного давления Пито, психрометром и аспиратором, причем каждый из датчиков измерительной станции установлен внутри испытательной камеры, через соответствующие вводные устройства выполненные во взрывобезопасном исполнении.A device for testing instruments and elements of systems for aerogas and dust control of a mine atmosphere, including a test chamber, a dust supply system, a system for creating a predetermined humidity and temperature maintenance, a device for determining the degree of dust concentration and a measuring station, including a thermometer, a flow meter, an anemometer installed in series, pressure gauge, characterized in that, in order to establish reliable values of the controlled parameters, the device is equipped with a gas input system, and tested The laminar chamber is made in a toroidal shape and is a sealed enclosed air duct made in an explosion-proof design inside of which the tested devices and elements of air-gas and dust control systems are located, and the fan controls the air flow rate in the test chamber, while the measuring station is additionally equipped with a gas analyzer and a full tube pitot pressure, psychrometer and aspirator, with each of the sensors of the measuring station installed inside the test chamber through the respective opening device made explosion-proof.
