Измеритель вертикальной составляющей скорости ветра для обнаружителя сдвига ветра, содержащий передатчик, первый и второй приемники, циркулятор, первую и вторую антенны с общим приводом, цифровой сигнальный процессор и датчик углового положения антенн, при этом первое плечо циркулятора соединено с первой антенной, второе плечо циркулятора соединено с входом первого приемника, датчик углового положения антенн механически связан с общим приводом антенн, а его выход соединен с первым входом цифрового сигнального процессора, выход которого соединен с входом обнаружителя сдвига ветра, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно содержит вычислитель взаимной корреляционной функции, определитель положения максимума взаимной корреляционной функции, делитель мощности и дополнительный циркулятор, третье плечо циркулятора соединено с первым выходом делителя мощности, второй выход которого соединен с третьим плечом дополнительного циркулятора, первое плечо которого соединено с второй антенной, а второе плечо соединено с входом второго приемника, выход которого соединен с первым входом вычислителя взаимной корреляционной функции, выход которого соединен с входом определителя положения максимума взаимной корреляционной функции, выход которого соединен с вторым входом цифрового сигнального процессора, выход передатчика соединен с входом делителя мощности, а выход первого приемника соединен с вторым входом вычислителя взаимной корреляционной функции.
