Abstract
Способ отбора крупного рогатого скота по молочной продуктивности, заключающийся в том, что у животных в 20-дневном возрасте проводят иммуногенетический анализ групп крови, в которой определяют эритроцитарные антигены-маркеры молочной продуктивности семи показателей наследственных задатков: антигенов-маркеров повышенных удоев - Q, C2, L', L; антигенов-маркеров повышенных удоев и жирности молока - C1, R2; антигенов-маркеров повышенных удоев, пониженной жирности молока - Е; антигенов-маркеров пониженных удоев, повышенной жирности молока - В2, G2, О', Р', Х2, Н'', U''; антигенов-маркеров пониженных удоев - S1; антигенов-маркеров повышенной жирности молока - G3, В', D', G', В'', G'', С', U, J; антигенов-маркеров пониженной жирности молока - А2, P2, U' и производят отбор быков-улучшателей молочной продуктивности и телок с наследственными задатками повышенной молочной продуктивности по наличию в генотипе животных антигенов-маркеров повышенных удоев - С2, L', L, Q, жирности молока - G3, В', D', G', В'', G'', С', U, J, удоев и жирности молока - C1, R2.A method of selecting cattle for milk productivity, which consists in the fact that in animals at 20 days of age an immunogenetic analysis of blood groups is carried out, in which erythrocyte antigens-markers of milk productivity of seven indicators of hereditary incubations are determined: antigens-markers of increased milk yield - Q, C2 , L ', L; antigen markers of increased milk yield and fat content of milk - C1, R2; antigen markers of increased milk yield, low fat milk - E; antigen markers of lowered milk yield, increased fat content of milk - B2, G2, O ', P', X2, N '', U ''; antigen markers of lowered milk yield - S1; marker antigens of increased fat content of milk - G3, B ', D', G ', B' ', G' ', C', U, J; antigens-markers of low milk fat content - A2, P2, U 'and select bulls-improvers of milk productivity and heifers with hereditary inclinations of high milk productivity by the presence of antigens-markers of high milk yield in the genotype of animals - C2, L', L, Q, fat milk - G3, B ', D', G ', B' ', G' ', C', U, J, milk yield and milk fat - C1, R2.
