Abstract
Запорно-регулирующее устройство, в корпусе которого с проходным каналом и отверстием в седле установлены плоский шибер с уплотнительной поверхностью и отверстием, соединенный со штоком, поворотный запорный орган, состоящий из двух сопряженных друг с другом заслонок, одна из которых глухая, а другая - разгрузочная с отверстием, расположенный на оси вне зоны проходного канала и привод, отличающееся тем, что глухая заслонка осью соединена с дополнительным штоком, а привод выполнен в виде одного шпинделя, на котором имеются два резьбовых участка с левой резьбой на верхнем участке и правой - на нижнем, причем шаг правой резьбы в два раза больше шага левой и оба резьбовых участка связаны с ответными резьбами, при этом шток неподвижно соединен с ответной резьбой, связанной с правой резьбой на нижнем участке шпинделя, а дополнительный шток - с ответной резьбой, связанной с левой резьбой на верхнем участке шпинделя, обеспечивающими одновременное перемещение обоих штоков в противоположном направлении.Shut-off and regulating device, in the case of which with a passage channel and a hole in the saddle there is a flat gate with a sealing surface and a hole connected to the rod, a rotary shut-off element, consisting of two shutters connected to each other, one of which is blind and the other is discharge with a hole located on an axis outside the passage channel area and an actuator, characterized in that the blind damper is connected to an additional rod by an axis and the actuator is made in the form of a single spindle on which there are two threaded portions a fabric with a left-hand thread in the upper section and a right-hand thread in the lower one, the right-hand thread pitch being twice as large as the left-hand thread and both threaded sections are connected with mating threads, while the rod is fixedly connected to the mating thread associated with the right-hand thread in the lower spindle section, and an additional rod with a reciprocal thread associated with the left thread in the upper section of the spindle, providing simultaneous movement of both rods in the opposite direction.
