Abstract
Способ эксплуатации установки непрерывной разливки металлов с криволинейной технологической осью для разливки рельсовой стали, включающий последовательную разливку сталеразливочных ковшей, ввод в кристаллизатор перед началом каждой разливки затравки, подачу металла из промковша в кристаллизатор, вытягивание из него слитка, поддержание и направление слитка при помощи приводных и холостых роликов вдоль технологической оси, охлаждение поверхности слитка охладителем, распыливаемым форсунками, расположенными между роликами, отличающийся тем, что в начальный момент разливки для вытягивания слитка применяют затравку, состоящую из стальных литых звеньев, расположенных со смещением по длине опорных поверхностей, соединенных между собой при помощи шарниров и гибкого элемента, выполненного в виде полосы из пружинной стали (фиг.1), при этом температуру стали в промежуточном ковше поддерживают выше температуры ликвидус на 10-40°С, разливку осуществляют в кристаллизаторы сечением 300×(330-360) мм, скорость вытягивания изменяют в пределах 0,20-0,90 м/мин; охлаждение проводят позонно, причем соотношение расхода воды и воздуха (м3/ч) соответственно имеют в первой зоне (0,90-2,15):120, во второй зоне (0,8-1,55):180, в третьей зоне (0,8-1,10):200 при соотношении длин зон охлаждения, мм: 350-1000-1300.A method of operating a continuous metal casting plant with a curved technological axis for casting rail steel, comprising sequential casting of steel casting ladles, introducing a seed into the mold before each casting begins, feeding metal from the ladle to the mold, drawing an ingot from it, maintaining and guiding the ingot using drive and idle rollers along the technological axis, cooling the surface of the ingot with a cooler sprayed by nozzles located between the rollers, distinguishing the fact that at the initial moment of casting for drawing the ingot a seed is used, consisting of cast steel links located with an offset along the length of the supporting surfaces, interconnected by hinges and a flexible element made in the form of a strip of spring steel (figure 1) , while the temperature of the steel in the intermediate ladle is maintained above the liquidus temperature by 10-40 ° C, the casting is carried out in crystallizers with a cross section of 300 × (330-360) mm, the drawing speed is changed in the range of 0.20-0.90 m / min; cooling is carried out zonewise, and the ratio of water to air flow (m3 / h) respectively have in the first zone (0.90-2.15): 120, in the second zone (0.8-1.55): 180, in the third zone (0.8-1.10): 200 with the ratio of the lengths of the cooling zones, mm: 350-1000-1300.
