Abstract
Способ восстановления ильменитового концентрата, включающий предварительный обжиг концентрата в окислительной среде, загрузку в восстановительную печь нагретого огарка концентрата, углеродистого восстановителя, углеводородного топлива и подачу воздуха на его сжигание, нагрев в печи огарка концентрата и восстановителя до оптимальной температуры восстановления оксидов железа до металлического состояния с последующим охлаждением восстановленного концентрата, отличающийся тем, что в качестве топлива на слой смеси огарка концентрата и восстановителя подают жидкое углеводородное топливо в количестве 1-9% от массы огарка ильменитового концентрата, восстановление ведут при коэффициенте избытка воздуха в печи 0,8-0,95 ед.A method of recovering ilmenite concentrate, including pre-calcining the concentrate in an oxidizing medium, loading a heated cinder of concentrate, a carbon reducing agent, hydrocarbon fuel into a reduction furnace and supplying air for its combustion, heating the concentrate and reducing agent in the furnace to an optimum temperature for reducing iron oxides to a metallic state with subsequent cooling of the recovered concentrate, characterized in that the quality of the fuel on the layer of the mixture is calcined concentrate and the reducing agent serves liquid hydrocarbon fuel in an amount of 1-9% by weight of the cinder of ilmenite concentrate, the recovery is carried out with a coefficient of excess air in the furnace of 0.8-0.95 units.
