Abstract

1. Привод для оптического носителя, содержащий ! контроллер, выполненный с возможностью приема информации защиты от записи с записанного носителя и приема подтверждения пользователя для записи на носитель, чтобы предоставить возможность записи на носитель без модификации защиты от записи на носителе. ! 2. Система по п.1, в которой подтверждение пользователя может быть установлено в качестве значения по умолчанию для будущего носителя записи. ! 3. Система по п.1, в состав которой включена функция пароля данных. ! 4. Оптический носитель, содержащий информацию защиты от записи для носителя, информацию, задающую, разрешено ли приводу, записывающему оптический носитель, осуществлять запись без первоначального отключения упомянутой информации защиты от записи. ! 5. Способ записи на носитель без модификации защиты от записи на носителе, содержащий этапы, на которых ! извлекают признак защиты от записи с носителя, который загружен в привод, ! определяют значение признака защиты от записи на носителе, ! определяют, требуется ли приводом пароль пользователя, ! извлекают признак виртуальной защиты с носителя, ! определяют значение признака виртуальной защиты от записи на носителе и ! выполняют предопределенную функцию на основании любого одного из упомянутых определенных значений.

Claims (5)

1. Привод для оптического носителя, содержащий
контроллер, выполненный с возможностью приема информации защиты от записи с записанного носителя и приема подтверждения пользователя для записи на носитель, чтобы предоставить возможность записи на носитель без модификации защиты от записи на носителе.
2. Система по п.1, в которой подтверждение пользователя может быть установлено в качестве значения по умолчанию для будущего носителя записи.
3. Система по п.1, в состав которой включена функция пароля данных.
4. Оптический носитель, содержащий информацию защиты от записи для носителя, информацию, задающую, разрешено ли приводу, записывающему оптический носитель, осуществлять запись без первоначального отключения упомянутой информации защиты от записи.
5. Способ записи на носитель без модификации защиты от записи на носителе, содержащий этапы, на которых
извлекают признак защиты от записи с носителя, который загружен в привод,
определяют значение признака защиты от записи на носителе,
определяют, требуется ли приводом пароль пользователя,
извлекают признак виртуальной защиты с носителя,
определяют значение признака виртуальной защиты от записи на носителе и
выполняют предопределенную функцию на основании любого одного из упомянутых определенных значений.
