Claims (28)

1. Способ передачи потока данных в устройство, включающий:
(A) передачу потокового контента, зашифрованного ключом трафика;
(B) передачу сообщения о потоке ключей, зашифрованного с использованием служебного ключа, причем сообщение о потоке ключей включает ключ трафика; и
(C) обеспечение наличия первого объекта прав со служебным ключом, в результате чего служебный ключ обеспечивает дешифровку сообщения о потоке ключей, а сообщение о потоке ключей обеспечивает дешифровку потокового контента.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором шаг (В) включает:
(i) передачу первого значения категории программы.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором шаг (В) дополнительно включает:
(ii) передачу второго значения категории программы, причем первое значение категории программы ассоциировано с первым держателем прав, а второе значение категории программы ассоциировано со вторым держателем прав.

(C) использование ключа трафика для дешифровки потока данных.

(D) использование указанных ключей для дешифровки потока контента.

(Е) использование потока контента согласно первому праву использования в объекте прав, который ассоциирован со значением переменной "категория программы".

(F) повторение шагов (А) и (В) при изменении ключа трафика.

(B) передачу сообщения о потоке ключей, зашифрованного служебным ключом, причем это сообщение о потоке ключей содержит ключ трафика; и
(C) передачу потока данных, причем этот поток данных зашифрован с использованием ключа трафика, а зашифрованное сообщение о потоке ключей передают до передачи потока данных.
27. Устройство для приема потоковых данных в процессе мультимедийного сеанса связи, содержащее:
антенну;
дисплей;
память, которой хранится первый объект прав, содержащий служебный ключ, причем память дополнительно содержит множество прав использования, ассоциированных с первым объектом прав; и
обрабатывающее устройство, связанное с дисплеем и антенной, причем это обрабатывающее устройство предназначено для обработки данных, принятых из антенны, с использованием служебного ключа, хранящегося в памяти, а кроме того, обрабатывающее устройство способно использовать потоковые данные в соответствии с одним из множества прав использования.
28. Устройство по п.27, в котором множество прав использования ассоциировано с множеством значений переменной "категория программы".
