Abstract
Способ лечения гиперметропии и/или гиперметропического астигматизма на тонкой роговице у детей с анизометропией с учетом возрастных особенностей роговицы по методике оптимизированного гиперметропического эпителиального лазерного кератомилеза, включающий формирование роговичного лоскута и абляцию сформированного роговичного ложа излучением эксимерного лазера, отличающийся тем, что для формирования эпителиального клапана используют автоматический микрокератом, затем производят абляцию сформированного роговичного ложа с диаметром оптической зоны 7,0 мм и регулируемой переходной зоны с учетом данных рефракции в условиях циклоплегии, затем после фиксации клапана мягкой контактной линзой последовательно с первого дня проводят магнитостимуляцию и лазерстимуляцию ежедневно до полной реэпителизации, после чего контактную линзу снимают, затем в позднем послеоперационном периоде используют иммуномодуляторы и слезозамещающие препараты до полного восстановления свойств роговицы.A method for the treatment of hypermetropia and / or hyperopic astigmatism on the thin cornea in children with anisometropia, taking into account the age-related features of the cornea according to the methodology of optimized hyperopic epithelial laser keratomileusis, including the formation of a corneal flap and ablation of the formed corneal bed by excimer laser radiation, characterized in that the epithelial valve is used to form an epithelial valve automatic microkeratome, then ablation of the formed corneal bed with a diameter ohm of the optical zone of 7.0 mm and an adjustable transition zone, taking into account the refraction data under cycloplegia conditions, then after fixing the valve with a soft contact lens, magnetostimulation and laser stimulation are carried out daily from the first day until complete re-epithelization, after which the contact lens is removed, then in the late postoperative period use immunomodulators and tear replacement drugs until the cornea is completely restored.
