Claims (6)

1. Снимаемая вручную конструкция крышки, содержащая металлическую крышку, имеющую центральную панель и внешнюю стенку, оканчивающуюся в проходящей в основном в наружном направлении кольцевой конфигурации; и пластмассовое кольцо, содержащее проходящий внутрь кольцевой выступ и периферийную юбку, отходящую вниз от выступа, при этом юбка имеет проходящий внутрь прилив, который защелкнут на крае крышки с выступом, проходящим над кольцевой конфигурацией крышки, и нижний профиль, который является комплиментарным профилю верхнего края корпуса контейнера, к которому во время использования прикрепляется конструкция крышки, отличающаяся тем, что имеет линию ослабления, вдоль которой по меньшей мере часть нижнего профиля кольца выполнена с возможностью ее деформирования или отрыва вручную для открывания контейнера, к которому прикрепляется конструкция крышки.
2. Конструкция крышки по п.1, в которой центральная панель крышки соединена с внешней стенкой при помощи U-образного канала.
3. Конструкция крышки по п.1 или 2, дополнительно содержащая уплотняющий состав вокруг кольцевой конфигурации крышки и в прилегании к внешней стенке.
4. Конструкция крышки по п.1 или 2, в которой линия ослабления образует полосу или ленту индикации несанкционированного вскрытия.
5. Легко открываемый контейнер, содержащий металлический корпус банки, имеющий открытый верх с закатанным в наружном направлении краем отверстия; конструкцию крышки по п.1 с нижним профилем кольца, зацепляющимся с закатанным краем корпуса банки; в котором внешняя стенка металлической крышки посажена внутри корпуса контейнера, а также внешняя стенка и корпус контейнера имеют комплиментарные, проходящие наружу буртики; при этом при использовании ослабленная часть предназначена для снятия вручную конструкции крышки с корпуса банки.
6. Способ уплотнения легко открываемого контейнера, согласно которому конструкцию крышки по п.1 помещают на открытом конце металлического корпуса контейнера; прилагают направленное вниз давление, чтобы принудительно надеть соединенные крышку и кольцо на корпус контейнера, в результате чего нижний профиль пластмассового кольца зацепляется с верхним краем корпуса контейнера, а внешняя стенка крышки прилегает к участку боковой стенки корпуса контейнера; и,
продолжая прилагать направленное вниз давление, одновременно прилагают направленное наружу радиальное расширяющее усилие, чтобы деформировать внешнюю стенку крышки и примыкающую стенку контейнера в комплиментарные буртики.
