Способ хирургического лечения патологических образований орбиты, характеризующийся тем, что под микроскопом выполняют разрез кожи и мягких тканей в области наружного угла глазной щели, удлиняя ее на 20 мм, веки разводят с помощью блефаростата, открывая свободный доступ к бульбарной конъюнктиве, в наружной половине которой в меридианах от 630 до 1100 часов и в 7 мм от наружной лимбы производят разрез конъюнктивы и теноновой капсулы концентрично лимбу, сухожилия наружной прямой мышцы выделяют и прошивают петельчатым швом, наружную прямую мышцу выделяют на всем протяжении до вершины орбиты, после чего ее пересекают в месте прикрепления к склере и отводят в сторону, открывая свободный доступ к внутреннему хирургическому пространству по всей его глубине, удаляют патологическое образование, после чего наружную прямую мышцу фиксируют к склере, накладывают непрерывный шов на конъюктиву и один узловой микрошов - на кожу в области наружного угла глазной щели.
