Abstract
1. Способ изготовления металлокерамических деталей, заключающийся в том, что исходные керамические и металлические порошки, обеспечивающие заданные характеристики формируемой детали, подаются дискретно в заданных пропорциях по оси разъемной формы заданной конфигурации, которая вращается в горизонтальной плоскости, при этом после подачи последнего исходного порошка производится предварительное спекание для получения заготовки либо непосредственно на режиме вращения, либо после останова вращения платформы, кроме того, окончательное спекание заготовки производится вне формы.2. Способ изготовления металлокерамических деталей по п.1, отличающийся тем, что после подачи последнего ингредиента исходного порошка форма с платформой вводится в режимы 1-4 гармоник критической частоты вращения.3. Способ изготовления металлокерамических деталей по п.1, отличающийся тем, что подача исходных порошков производится в последовательности: предыдущий исходный порок - смесь в пропорции ок. 50/50 предыдущего и последующего исходных порошков - последующий исходный порошок.4. Устройство для реализации способов по пп.1-3, заключающееся в том, что осесимметричная форма, содержащая внутреннюю полость и горловину, расположенную на оси формы, установлена на горизонтальную платформу с приводом для ее вращения вокруг оси, совпадающей с осью симметрии осесимметричной формы, при этом устройство содержит дозирующее приспособление для дискретной подачи исходных порошков или их смесей в горловину формы.5. Устройство для реализации способов по пп.1-3, заключающееся в том, что и предварительное, и окончательное спекание производятся в поле �1.
