Abstract
Способ ремонта стресскоррозионных трещин на трубах магистральных газопроводов с применением сварки и упрочнения ультразвуковой ударной обработкой, отличающийся тем, что производят зачистку только поверхности трубы до чистого металла абразивным кругом, затем методом капиллярной дефектоскопии определяют границы трещин и неплавящимся вольфрамовым электродом осуществляют переплав трещин, начиная процесс в пределах от 10 до 15 мм от начала и конца трещины, образуя выемку с оплавленными краями любой протяженности, после этого осуществляют аргонодуговую сварку (заплавление) полученной выемки (мениска) по всей ее протяженности путем подачи сварочной проволоки, заваренную поверхность зачищают заподлицо с основным металлом, например шлифмашинками, и производят контроль качества переплава и заварки методом ультразвуковой дефектоскопии (УЗД), затем осуществляют упрочнение ультразвуковой ударной обработкой зачищенной поверхности.A method of repairing stress-corrosion cracks on pipes of main gas pipelines using welding and hardening by ultrasonic shock treatment, characterized in that they clean only the pipe surface to a clean metal with an abrasive wheel, then the boundaries of the cracks are determined by capillary defectoscopy and the cracks are remelted, starting the process in from 10 to 15 mm from the beginning and end of the crack, forming a recess with fused edges of any length, then argon-arc welding (melting) of the recess (meniscus) along its entire length by feeding the welding wire, the welded surface is flush with the base metal, for example, grinders, and the quality of remelting and welding is monitored by ultrasonic flaw detection (SPD), then hardening by ultrasonic impact treatment cleaned surface.
