Abstract
Способ снижения засорения частицами примесей перфорационных отверстий и магистральных трещин пористой матрицы пласта в нагнетательных скважинах, оборудованных обсадной колонной с перфорационными отверстиями, предусматривающий следующие операции: а) спуск на насосно-компрессорных трубах акустического преобразователя шума в скважину в интервал между верхними и нижними перфорационными отверстиями; б) осуществление нагнетания технической жидкости в скважину с последующим движением ее через перфорационные отверстия в пласт; в) генерирование звуковых волн в скважину и зумпф перфорационными отверстиями во время движения технической жидкости через перфорационные отверстия; г) преобразование акустическим преобразователем шума звуковых волн в ультразвуковую частоту; д) создание стоячей звуковой волны в кольцевом пространстве между обсадной колонной с перфорационными отверстиями и акустическим преобразователем шума; е) осуществление движения механических частиц из нагнетаемой жидкости в звуковое поле стоячей; ж) осуществление процесса коагуляции механических частиц в кольцевом пространстве между перфорационными отверстиями и акустическим преобразователем шума, с последующим их осаждением в зумпф.A method for reducing particle clogging of impurities of perforations and main cracks in the porous matrix of a formation in injection wells equipped with a casing with perforations, the method comprising the following steps: a) lowering the acoustic noise transducer into the borehole between the upper and lower perforations; b) the implementation of the injection of technical fluid into the well with its subsequent movement through the perforations in the reservoir; c) the generation of sound waves into the well and the sump with perforations while the technical fluid is moving through the perforations; d) the conversion by an acoustic transducer of noise of sound waves into an ultrasonic frequency; d) the creation of a standing sound wave in the annular space between the casing with perforations and acoustic noise transducer; e) the movement of mechanical particles from the injected fluid into the sound field of a standing one; g) the implementation of the process of coagulation of mechanical particles in the annular space between the perforations and the acoustic noise transducer, followed by their deposition in the sump.
