Claims (18)

1. Carbon obtained from carbide obtained by thermochemical reaction of carbide compounds and a gas containing an element of the halogen group and extraction of all atoms of carbide compounds, with the exception of carbon atoms, where the ratio of the intensities of the graphite band G at 1590 cm -1 to a disordered-induced D band at 1350 cm -1 are in the range from 0.3 to 5 when analyzed using Raman peaks.
2. The carbon obtained from carbide according to claim 1, wherein the carbide compounds are compounds in which carbon and elements of Groups III, IV, V or VI are combined.
3. The carbon obtained from carbide according to claim 1, wherein the carbide compounds are at least one selected from the group consisting of silicon carbide, boron carbide, titanium carbide aluminum carbide, calcium carbide, titanium tantalum carbide molybdenum-tungsten carbide, titanium nitride carbide and zirconium nitride carbide.
4. The carbon obtained from carbide according to claim 1, where the gas containing an element of the halogen group is Cl 2 , TiCl 4 or F 2 .

Carbon obtained from carbide obtained by the thermochemical reaction of carbide compounds and a gas containing an element of the halogen group and the extraction of all atoms of carbide compounds, with the exception of carbon atoms, where the specific surface area of the BET is 1000 m 2 / g or more.
6. The carbon obtained from carbide according to claim 5, wherein the carbide compounds are compounds in which carbon and elements of Groups III, IV, V or VI are combined.

The carbon obtained from carbide according to claim 5, wherein the carbide compounds are at least one selected from the group consisting of silicon carbide, boron carbide, titanium carbide aluminum carbide, calcium carbide, titanium tantalum carbide molybdenum-tungsten carbide, titanium nitride carbide and zirconium nitride carbide.
8. The carbon obtained from carbide according to claim 5, where the gas containing an element of the halogen group is Cl 2 , TiCl 4 or F 2 .

Carbon obtained from carbide, obtained by thermochemical reaction of carbide compounds and a gas containing an element of the halogen group, and extraction of all atoms of carbide compounds, with the exception of carbon atoms, where a weak peak or a wide single peak of the (002) plane of graphite is at 2θ = 25 ° when analyzed using x-ray diffractometry.
10. The carbon obtained from carbide according to claim 9, wherein the carbide compounds are compounds in which carbon and elements of Groups III, IV, V or VI are combined.

The carbon obtained from carbide according to claim 9, wherein the carbide compounds are at least one selected from the group consisting of silicon carbide, boron carbide, titanium carbide aluminum carbide, calcium carbide, titanium tantalum carbide molybdenum-tungsten carbide, titanium nitride carbide and zirconium nitride carbide.
12. The carbon obtained from carbide according to claim 9, where the gas containing an element of the halogen group is Cl 2 , TiCl 4 or F 2 .

Carbon obtained from carbide obtained by thermochemical reaction of carbide compounds and a gas containing an element of a halogen group and extraction of all atoms of carbide compounds, with the exception of carbon atoms, where the electron diffraction pattern of carbon obtained from graphite is a halogen matrix of amorphous carbon at analysis using electron microscopy.
14. The carbon obtained from carbide according to claim 13, wherein the carbide compounds are compounds in which carbon and elements of Groups III, IV, V or VI are combined.
15. The carbon obtained from carbide according to claim 13, wherein the carbide compounds are at least one selected from the group consisting of silicon carbide, boron carbide, titanium carbide aluminum carbide, calcium carbide, titanium tantalum carbide molybdenum-tungsten carbide, titanium nitride carbide and zirconium nitride carbide.
16. The carbon obtained from carbide according to claim 13, wherein the gas containing an element of the halogen group is Cl 2 , TiCl 4 or F 2 .
17. The emitter for cold cathodes containing carbon obtained from carbide, according to any one of paragraphs. 1-16.
18. An electronic emission device containing an emitter according to claim 17.
