Узел фланцевого соединения деталей машин, преимущественно гидромашин, содержащий установленные в отверстиях фланцев цилиндрические втулки и расположенные в них болты с гайками, в отверстиях одного из фланцев выполнены цилиндрические расточки с кольцевыми опорными поверхностями, а на концах втулок - ответные расточкам цилиндрические выступы с опорными поверхностями, втулки выполнены с внутренним коническим выступом в непосредственной близости от плоскости разъема соединяемых фланцев и с радиальной односторонней прорезью вдоль оси в пределах внутреннего конического выступа, заканчивающейся радиальным отверстием, а болты выполнены с ответным наружным коническим пояском, сопрягающимся с выступом втулок, отличающийся тем, что цилиндрические втулки изготовлены и установлены в пределах цилиндрических выточек одной соединяемой детали, а стержни шпилек от резьбовой части до конца сопряжения со втулками выполнены коническими.A flange joint assembly of machine parts, mainly hydraulic machines, comprising cylindrical bushings installed in the holes of the flanges and bolts with nuts located in them, cylindrical bores with annular supporting surfaces are made in the holes of one of the flanges, and cylindrical protrusions corresponding to the bores with supporting surfaces are provided at the ends of the bushings, the bushings are made with an internal conical protrusion in the immediate vicinity of the plane of the connector of the connected flanges and with a radial one-sided slot along the axis within the inner conical protrusion ending with a radial hole, and the bolts are made with a reciprocal external conical belt mating with the protrusion of the bushings, characterized in that the cylindrical bushings are made and installed within the cylindrical grooves of one connected part, and the stud rods from the threaded part to the end of the pair with bushings are made conical.
