Abstract
1. Способ электрошлаковой наплавки, включающий введение в кристаллизатор флюса, наведение шлаковой ванны и расплавление наплавляемого металла за счет тепла, выделяющегося в шлаковой ванне или заливку жидкого присадочного материала через находящуюся под напряжением шлаковую ванну, отличающийся тем, что перед введением флюса в кристаллизатор в него помещают реакционную (изотермическую) смесь и инициируют процесс самораспространяющегося высокотемпературного синтеза (СВС).2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что процесс СВС инициируют дуговым разрядом или введением расплавленного флюса.3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что реакционную смесь предварительно прессуют.1.
