Claims (11)
1. Система связующего для литейных форм, которая будет отверждаться в присутствии диоксида серы и окислителя, содержащая
(a) от 40 до 80 мас. ч. эпоксидной смолы;
(b) от 1 до 40 ч. сложного эфира жирной кислоты;
(c) от 1 до 10 ч. алкилсиликата;
(d) эффективное количество окислителя; и
(e) 0 ч. этилен-ненасыщенного мономера или полимера,
где (a), (b), (c) и (d) являются отдельными компонентами или смешаны с другими упомянутыми компонентами, и при этом упомянутые мас. ч. даны из расчета на 100 ч. связующего.
2. Связывающая система по п.2, в которой эпоксидную смолу выбирают из группы, состоящей из эпоксидных смол, полученных из бисфенола А, эпоксидных смол, полученных из бисфенола F, эпоксидированных новолачных смол, циклоалифатических эпоксидных смол и их смесей.
3. Связывающая система по п.2, в которой эпоксидная смола имеет эквивалентную массу эпоксида от примерно 165 до примерно 225 граммов на эквивалент.
4. Система связующего для отливочных форм по п.3, которая дополнительно содержит полиол, выбранный из группы, состоящей из фенол-альдегидных резольных смол, сложных полиэфиров полиолов и простых полиэфиров полиолов.
5. Связывающая система по п.4, в которой окислителем является гидропероксид кумола.
6. Система связующего для отливочных форм по п.5, в которой количество эпоксидной смолы составляет от 50 до 70 мас. ч., количество сложного эфира жирной кислоты составляет от 15 до 30 мас. ч., количество алкилсиликата составляет от 2 до 8 мас. ч., и количество окислителя составляет от 12 до 30 мас. ч., при этом массы даны из расчета на 100 ч. связывающей системы.
7. Литейная смесь, содержащая
(a) основное количество литейного заполнителя;
(b) эффективное для связывания количество системы связующего для литейных форм по пп.1,2,3,4,5 или 6.
8. Способ изготовления литейных стержней в холодных ящиках для изготовления отливочной формы, включающий в себя
(a) введение литейной смеси по п. 7 в модель; и
(b) отверждение газообразным диоксидом серы.
9. Литейная форма, изготовленная в соответствии с п.8.
10. Способ литья металлического изделия, включающий в себя
(a) изготовление литейной формы способом по п.8;
(b) заливку упомянутого металла в жидком состоянии в упомянутую литейную форму;
(c) предоставление возможности упомянутому металлу охладиться и затвердеть; и затем
(d) отделение отлитого изделия.
11. Отливка, изготовленная способом по п.10.
