Claims (18)

1. Способ мониторинга амплификации множества различных полинуклеотидов-мишеней в единой реакционной камере, включающий этапы:
1) проведение реакции амплификации множества различных полинуклеотидов-мишеней,
2) в процессе реакции амплификации контакт различных амплифицированных продуктов с молекулой, которая связывается или взаимодействует с полинуклеотидом, молекула локализована в пространственно определенном положении или определена с помощью нелинейной или нефлуоресцентной методики, и
3) детекцию взаимодействия между амплифицированным продуктом и молекулой путем измерения изменений в примененном излучении.
2. Способ по п.1, где молекула иммобилизована на материале подложки.
3. Способ по п.1, где молекулой является фермент полимераза.
4. Способ по п.1, где молекулой является полинуклеотид, по меньшей мере часть которого комплементарна области амплифицированного продукта.
5. Способ по п.4, где молекула действует как праймер для реакции амплификации.
6. Способ по п.4, где молекула не действует как праймер для реакции амплификации.
7. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, где детекцию на этапе (3) выполняют путем детекции затухающего поля.
8. Способ по любому из пп.1-6, где детекцию на этапе (3) выполняют путем применения поверхностных электромагнитных волн и мониторинга изменений в волнах.
9. Способ по любому из пп.1-6, где детекцию выполняют путем измерения изменений поверхностного плазменного резонанса.
10. Способ по п.9, где молекула содержит металлическую частицу.
11. Способ по любому из пп.1-6 где детекцию на этапе (2) выполняют путем детекции поверхности, усиленной рамановским рассеянием.
12. Способ по любому из пп.4-6, где детекция на этапе (2) достигается путем детекции интеркалированной метки, которая связывается с гибридом, образованным между амплифицированным продуктом и полинуклеотидом в процессе реакции амплификации.
13. Способ по п.12, где интеркалированной меткой является флуоресцент, когда связан с гибридом.
14. Способ по любому из пп.1-6, где детекция на этапе (3) достигается путем мониторинга изменений электрической проводимости и/или емкости.
15. Способ по любому из пп.1-6, где реакция амплификации происходит в герметичной проточной микроячейке.
16. Устройство для мониторинга реакции амплификации полинуклеотидов, содержащее материал подложки, имеющий множество иммобилизованных на нем молекул, где молекулы имеют способность связываться или взаимодействовать с полинуклеотидом и предназначены для детекции изменений в примененном излучении.
17. Устройство по п.16, дополнительно содержащее герметичную проточную микроячейку.
18. Устройство по п.16 или 17, дополнительно содержащее насос для поддержания потока жидкости над материалом подложки.
