Способ дифференциальной диагностики острых инфекционных заболеваний легких и тромбоэмболии мелких ветвей легочной артерии путем проведения комбинированной перфузионно-вентиляционной сцинтиграфии легких и оценки альвеолярной проницаемости ингалируемого радиоактивного аэрозоля из пораженного легкого, отличающийся тем, что альвеолярную проницаемость определяют из всего пораженного легкого в задне-прямой проекции в статическом режиме на 1-й, 10-й и 30-й мин после ингаляции радиоактивного аэрозоля и при альвеолярной проницаемости ингалируемого радиоактивного аэрозоля на 10 мин - более 15%, на 30 мин - более 30% относительно 1 мин и при наличии вентиляционно-перфузионных нарушений диагностируют острое инфекционное заболевание легких, а при альвеолярной проницаемости через 30 мин после ингаляции радиоактивного аэрозоля менее 25% и при наличии вентиляционно-перфузионных нарушений диагностируют тромбоэмболию мелких ветвей легочной артерии.A method for differential diagnosis of acute infectious diseases of the lungs and thromboembolism of small branches of the pulmonary artery by conducting combined perfusion ventilation ventilation scintigraphy of the lungs and assessing the alveolar permeability of inhaled radioactive aerosol from the affected lung, characterized in that the alveolar permeability is determined from the entire affected lung in the posterior direct projection mode on the 1st, 10th and 30th min after inhalation of a radioactive aerosol and with inhalation alveolar permeability of radioactive aerosol for 10 min - more than 15%, for 30 min - more than 30% relative to 1 min and in the presence of ventilation-perfusion disorders, an acute infectious disease of the lungs is diagnosed, and with alveolar permeability 30 minutes after inhalation of the radioactive aerosol less than 25% and the presence of ventilation-perfusion disorders is diagnosed with thromboembolism of small branches of the pulmonary artery.
