Способ производства мясорастительного консервированного продукта, предусматривающий измельчение мясного сырья, его загрузку в мешалку с добавлением растительного компонента, соли поваренной пищевой, перца черного молотого, лука репчатого свежего, вкусоароматических добавок и воды питьевой, перемешивание, фасование и стерилизацию, отличающийся тем, что в качестве мясного сырья используют свинину с массовой долей жировой ткани не более 30%, в качестве растительного компонента добавляют нут, в мешалку дополнительно вносят масло льняное и муку пшеничную, в качестве вкусоароматических добавок используют зелень укропа и петрушки и мяту, а компоненты смеси берут в следующем соотношении, мас.%:1.
