Claims (34)
1. Система, предназначенная для использования в скважине, имеющей множество зон, и содержащая обсадную колонну, размещенную в стволе скважины, и закрепленную в нем посредством цемента, и множество клапанов, соединенных с обсадной колонной и предназначенных каждый для установления взаимосвязи между этой колонной и зоной скважины.
2. Система по п.1, в которой каждый клапан содержит корпус, имеющий осевой канал и, по меньшей мере, одно отверстие, предназначенное для обеспечения сообщения между осевым каналом корпуса и зоной скважины, и скользящую гильзу, установленную внутри корпуса с возможностью перемещения между положением с открытым отверстием, в котором существует путь прохождения потока между осевым каналом корпуса и зоной скважины, и положением с закрытым отверстием, в котором путь прохождения потока прерван.
3. Система по п.2, в которой скользящая гильза содержит, по меньшей мере, одно отверстие, совмещенное, по меньшей мере, одним отверстием корпуса, при расположении гильзы в положении с открытым отверстием, и несовмещенное с, по меньшей мере, одним отверстием корпуса, при расположенной гильзе в положении с закрытым отверстием.
4. Система по п.2, в которой гильза дополнительно содержит выполненный в ней фильтр и способна перемещаться в фильтрующее положение, в котором фильтр совмещен с, по меньшей мере, одним отверстием корпуса.
5. Система по п.2, которая дополнительно содержит шток, способный перемещать скользящую гильзу между положением с открытым отверстием и положением с закрытым отверстием.
6. Система по п.5, которая дополнительно содержит передатчик, соединенный, по меньшей мере, с одним клапаном и способный излучать предварительно определенный сигнал, и приемник, соединенный со штоком и способный обнаруживать предварительно определенный сигнал, излучаемый передатчиком, при этом шток способен перемещать скользящую гильзу клапана между положением с открытым отверстием и положением с закрытым отверстием при обнаружении предварительно определенного сигнала передатчика.
7. Система по п.6, в которой предварительно определенный сигнал выбран из группы, состоящей из радиосигнала, акустического сигнала, сигнала радиоактивного излучения и магнитного сигнала.
8. Система по п.2, которая дополнительно содержит контроллер, поршень, установленный в корпусе каждого клапана для соединения со скользящей гильзой, соленоид, соединенный с поршнем каждого клапана и способный перемещать гильзу между положением с открытым отверстием и положением с закрытым отверстием, и сеть линий управления, предназначенную для соединения контроллера с, по меньшей мере, одним клапаном.
9. Система по п.8, которая дополнительно содержит адресуемый переключатель, установленный в электрической цепи, образованной сетью линий управления между контроллером и каждым клапаном, при этом сеть линий управления содержит, по меньшей мере, одну гидравлическую линию управления и, по меньшей мере, одну электрическую линию управления.
10. Система по п.2, которая дополнительно содержит сбрасываемый шар, имеющий заранее определенный диаметр, и гнездо, соединенное с гильзой и имеющее осевой канал, имеющий диаметр, меньший диаметра упомянутого шара, при этом шар способен входить в контакт с гнездом для перемещения скользящей гильзы между положением с открытым отверстием и положением с закрытым отверстием.
11. Система по п.2, которая дополнительно содержит опускаемый инструмент, состоящий из корпуса с прикрепленным к нему блокировочным механизмом, имеющим множество штырей, один конец которых закреплен на корпусе опускаемого инструмента, а на другом конце выполнен выступающий элемент, и блокировочный механизм способен переключаться между первым положением, в котором множество штырей убрано, и вторым положением, в котором множество штырей выдвинуто наружу в радиальном направлении, и рабочую колонну, предназначенную для подвешивания опускаемого инструмента в стволе скважины, при этом гильза каждого клапана содержит ответную часть, способную принимать выступающие элементы множества штырей блокировочного механизма, когда этот механизм находится во втором положении.
12. Система по п.2, в которой каждое отверстие выполнено в выступающем элементе, размещенном на корпусе и выступающим наружу в радиальном направлении к стволу скважины.
13. Система по п.12, которая дополнительно содержит трубчатый поршень, установленный в каждом из отверстий корпуса и способный выдвигаться из корпуса наружу в радиальном направлении для контактирования со стволом скважины и установления сообщения между осевым каналом корпуса и зоной скважины.
14. Система по п.13, которая дополнительно содержит хрупкий элемент, установленный в трубчатом поршне и способный герметично отделять осевой канал корпуса от ствола скважины.
15. Система по п.13, в которой трубчатый поршень выполнен с острым концом, перемещаемым наружу в радиальном направлении для контакта с зоной скважины.
16. Система по п.2, которая дополнительно содержит расширяющийся элемент, установленный по периферии каждого отверстия корпуса и способный предотвращать поступление цемента в отверстие при его активации.
17. Система по п.16, в которой расширяющийся элемент выбран из группы, состоящей из разбухающего каучука, разбухающего гидрогеля и разбухающей эластомерной смеси.
18. Способ, предназначенный для использования в скважине, имеющей множество зон и содержащий следующие этапы: опускание обсадной колонны, содержащей множество выполненных в ней клапанов, с поверхности вниз в ствол скважины таким образом, что каждый клапан располагается на уровне зоны скважины; цементирование обсадной колонны в стволе скважины; открывание клапана для обеспечения сообщения ствола скважины с поверхностью.
19. Способ по п.18, который дополнительно содержит этап подачи обрабатывающей жидкости в зону скважины через открытый клапан.
20. Способ по п.18, в котором открытие клапана осуществляют посредством перемещения под действием давления штока с поверхности в обсадную колонну для перемещения гильзы в клапане.
21. Способ по п.18, в котором открытие клапана осуществляют посредством сбрасывания с поверхности шара в обсадную колонну для его размещения в гнезде гильзы клапана и увеличения гидравлического давления над шаром для перемещения гильзы в клапане.
22. Способ по п.18, в котором открытие клапана осуществляют посредством подачи электрического сигнала на соленоид клапана по линии управления и обеспечения энергией поршня для перемещения скользящей гильзы в клапане.
23. Способ по п.18, который дополнительно содержит этап перемещения, по меньшей мере, одного трубчатого поршня наружу в радиальном направлении для обеспечения сообщения между зоной скважины и клапаном.
24. Способ по п.23, который дополнительно содержит этап активации расширяющегося элемента, расположенного по периферии трубчатого поршня, для предотвращения прерывания цементом сообщения через, по меньшей мере, один трубчатый поршень.
25. Система, предназначенная для использования в скважине, имеющей множество зон, и содержащая обсадную колонну, зафиксированную в стволе скважины при помощи цемента, множество клапанов, соединенных с обсадной колонной, причем каждый клапан содержит сквозное отверстие, предназначенное для обеспечения сообщения между обсадной колонной и одной из зон скважины, и скользящую гильзу, установленную в клапане, предназначенную для регулировки сообщения через сквозное отверстие, и имеющую осевой канал, имеющий ответную часть, исполнительный инструмент, содержащий конусный замок, способный избирательно входить в сцепление с ответной частью скользящей гильзы каждого клапана, и рабочую колонну, соединенную с исполнительным инструментом и способную перемещать этот инструмент в стволе скважины в осевом направлении.
26. Система по п.25, которая дополнительно содержит покрытие, нанесенное на корпус каждого клапана, способное уменьшать связь цемента с корпусом.
27. Система по п.25, которая дополнительно содержит множество выступов, выполненных на корпусе каждого клапана и выступающих наружу в радиальном направлении в сторону ствола скважины для уменьшения объема цемента, находящегося в кольцевом пространстве, образованном корпусом и стволом скважины, при этом между двумя соседними выступами расположена канавка, позволяющая цементу проходить через кольцевое пространство при выполнении операции цементирования.
28. Система, предназначенная для использования в скважине, имеющей зону скважины, и содержащая обсадную колонну, размещенную в стволе скважины, зафиксированную в нем посредством цемента и имеющую осевой канал, и клапан, соединенный с обсадной колонной, предназначенный для обеспечения сообщения между этой колонной и зоной скважины и способный перемещаться между открытым положением, в котором существует путь прохождения потока между осевым каналом обсадной колонны и зоной скважины, и закрытым положением, в котором путь прохождения потока прерван.
29. Система по п.28, в которой клапан дополнительно содержит фильтр, установленный между зоной скважины и обсадной колонной.
30. Система по п.28, которая дополнительно содержит шток, способный переключать клапан между открытым положением и закрытым положением.
31. Система по п.28, которая дополнительно содержит контроллер, поршень, соединенный с клапаном, соленоид, соединенный с поршнем клапана и способный перемещать поршень для переключения клапана между открытым положением и закрытым положением, и линию управления, соединяющую контроллер с клапаном.
32. Система по п.28, которая дополнительно содержит сбрасываемый шар, способный переключать клапан между открытым положением и закрытым положением.
33. Система по п.28, которая дополнительно содержит опускаемый инструмент, состоящий из корпуса с прикрепленным к нему блокировочным механизмом, и способный переключать клапан между открытым положением и закрытым положением, и рабочую колонну, предназначенную для подвешивания опускаемого инструмента в стволе скважины.
34. Система по п.28, которая дополнительно содержит рсширяющийся элемент, установленный по периферии клапана и способный предотвращать поступление цемента в клапан, когда клапан находится в открытом положении.
