Способ лечения больных колоректальным раком с метастазами в печень путем химиотерапии, заключающейся во введении оксалиплатина и 5-фторурацила, отличающийся тем, что оксалиплатин и 5-фторурацил вводят внутриартериально в общую печеночную артерию, причем оксалиплатин вводят в дозе 150 мг/м2 в виде 12-часовой непрерывной инфузии, а 5-фторурацил - в виде 120-часовой непрерывной инфузии в дозе 1000 мг/м2 в сутки до суммарной дозы 6-7 г, продолжительность лечения состоит из 4 курсов внутриартериальной инфузии с интервалом 28 дней.A method of treating patients with colorectal cancer with metastases in the liver by chemotherapy, which consists in the administration of oxaliplatin and 5-fluorouracil, characterized in that oxaliplatin and 5-fluorouracil are injected intraarterially into the common hepatic artery, and oxaliplatin is administered at a dose of 150 mg / m 2 in the form of 12 -hour continuous infusion, and 5-fluorouracil - in the form of a 120-hour continuous infusion at a dose of 1000 mg / m 2 per day to a total dose of 6-7 g, the duration of treatment consists of 4 courses of intra-arterial infusion with an interval of 28 days.
