Способ ликвидации загрязнений грунта органосодержащими веществами, включающий изоляцию загрязненной территории, сбор и удаление с нее загрязнителя, биогенную очистку грунта, для чего активируют процессы деструкции загрязнителя углеводородокисляющих микроорганизмов и стимулируют их жизнедеятельность внесением удобрений и аэрацией грунта, отличающийся тем, что нижние и верхние слои грунта, перемешивают посредством взрывов зарядов взрывчатых веществ, помещенных под основание нижних слоев, причем перед перемешиванием и/или после него вносят в грунт композицию сорбентов, пористых материалов, удобрений и носителей культур углеводородокисляющих микроорганизмов, в том числе анаэробных.1.
