Электропроводящий полимерный материал на основе связующего и проводящего наполнителя, содержащий в качестве связующего полиаминимидное связующее ПАИС-104, отличающийся тем, что в качестве проводящего наполнителя он содержит иестехиометрический карбид титана TiCx (где 0,5≤x<1,0) и углеродный наполнитель в виде порошка графита, сажи, нефтяного или каменноугольного кокса при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:1.
