Claims (10)
1. Способ определения цветовой рецептуры отверждаемого состава, который получают путем смешения одного или более базовых составов и который соответствует одному или более предварительно заданным оптическим свойствам, отличающийся тем, что эту цветовую рецептуру определяют с использованием параметров, определенных для каждой партии базового состава.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что базовые составы упаковывают в контейнеры, содержащие носитель информации, предоставляющий определенные для каждой партии параметры.
3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что носитель информации представляет собой метку со штриховыми кодами, содержащими определенные для каждой партии параметры.
4. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что носитель информации представляет собой микросхему, хранящую определенные для каждой партии параметры.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что определенные для каждой партии параметры включают в себя величины K и S, параметры текстуры и/или параметры глянца.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что используют смешивающее цвета оборудование, управляемое устройством обработки данных, имеющим доступ к базе данных параметров, определенных для каждой партии имеющихся в запасе базовых красок.
7. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что рецептуру состава конечного продукта определяют путем расчета.
8. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что рецептуру состава конечного продукта определяют путем поиска в базе данных.
9. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что базовые составы представляют собой базовые краски, используемые для приготовления состава покрытия, применяемого при ремонте автомобиля.
10. Контейнер с базовым составом, содержащий носитель информации, такой как штриховой код или микросхема, предоставляющий параметры, определенные для каждой партии базового состава, для целей составления цветовой рецептуры.
