Способ получения антисептического средства йодопирон, включающий смешение йодсодержащих веществ калия йодида и йода с пленкообразующим полимерным соединением - поливинилпироллидоном при температуре, в течение времени, отличающийся тем, что смешение проводят путем раздавливания и тонкого измельчения мелющим телом при объемной загрузке сырья калий йодид: йод: поливинилпироллидон равной 1,0:1,0:8,87 и объемной загрузке сырье: мелющее тело равной 3:1 в течение 8,0-8,5 ч при температуре окружающей среды с последующей фасовкой и упаковкой.1.
