Устройство для удаления зуба, содержащее: первый элемент (3) ручки, работающий в качестве рычага внутри полости рта; и средство (4) крепления, предназначенное для соединения структуры удаляемого зуба с элементом ручки в рабочей части последнего, отличающееся тем, что указанное средство (4) крепления содержит структуру крепления, по существу, имеющую форму буквы “U”, причем структура крепления содержит фигурное отверстие (44), сформированное в нижней части указанной "U"-образной структуры и выполненное с возможностью установки в нем с возможностью отсоединения соединительного элемента (7), закрепленного на удаляемой структуре зуба.1.
