Способ определения риска возникновения тромбоза глубоких вен нижних конечностей и тромбоэмболии легочной артерии, необходимости и длительности проведения гепаринотерапии и оптимального срока проведения реконструктивно-восстановительных операций у пострадавших с тяжелой сочетанной травмой путем математического моделирования с использованием показателей гемостаза, отличающийся тем, что в качестве показателей гемостаза используются тесты коагулограммы - T1 и МА (АКТ), Ф и ТВ, на основании которых определяют интегральный показатель состояния системы гемостаза на данный период и по графическому изображению восстановления системы гемостаза на математической модели определяют риск возникновения тромбоза глубоких вен нижних конечностей и тромбоэмболии легочной артерии, необходимость и длительность проведения гепаринотерапии и, при необходимости, оптимальный срок проведения реконструктивно-восстановительных операций и последующий ход лечения.A method for determining the risk of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities and pulmonary thromboembolism, the need and duration of heparin therapy and the optimal time for reconstructive surgery in patients with severe combined trauma by mathematical modeling using hemostasis indicators, characterized in that hemostasis indicators are used coagulation tests - T 1 and MA (ACP), S and TV, which is determined based on the integral component with the state of the hemostatic system for a given period and the graphical representation of the restoration of the hemostatic system in a mathematical model determines the risk of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities and pulmonary embolism, the need and duration of heparin therapy, and, if necessary, the optimal time for reconstructive surgery and the subsequent course of treatment .
