Способ определения содержания свободных аминокислот в кормовых средствах, заключающийся в отборе пробы анализируемого кормового средства, приготовлении ее раствора, определении содержания аминокислот в приготовленном анализируемом растворе, расчете содержания аминокислоты в анализируемом кормовом средстве по полученным данным, причем аминокислоту в приготовленном растворе превращают в ее дансильное производное путем взаимодействия с раствором дансилхлорида, а содержание аминокислоты в анализируемом растворе определяют методом капиллярного электрофореза по содержанию в нем ее дансильного производного.1.
