Claims (5)

1. A method of treating patients with traumatic and degenerative lesions of the spine and spinal cord, including horizontal and vertical traction of the spine and performing electrodiagnostics before and after traction to determine the degree of mechanical impact, characterized in that the degree of traction is determined by the level and nature of changes in motor neuron activity, traction the spine is carried out by distraction asymmetric and / or symmetrical effects at the level of the affected segment of the spine, and / or pinnogo cord and its roots, further electrostimulation is carried out: epidural - spinal cord at the level of its cutaneous lesions or - projections in the affected areas of the spinal cord and / or infected roots and peripheral nerves. 2. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the electrical stimulation is carried out simultaneously (in parallel) with traction. 3. 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the nature of the electrical stimulation is determined by the level and nature of changes in the activity of motor neurons. 4. 4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that to determine the degree of traction of the spine and / or modes of electrical stimulation, additionally control the change in the level of blood supply and tone (reaction) of the vascular wall. 5. 5. The method according to claim 3, characterized in that the electrical stimulation is carried out differentially: first, the cutaneous - in the projection of the affected areas of the spinal cord, the affected roots and peripheral nerves, and if it is ineffective - epidural at the level of damage to the spinal cord, while the effectiveness of electrical stimulation is determined by the level and nature of changes in the activity of motor neurons and / or changes in the level of blood supply and tone (reaction) of the vascular wall.
