Способ ннфузионной терапии при кетоацидотической коме у больных с сахарным диабетом включающий в себя введение в определенной последовательности солевых и бессолевых растворов в заданном объеме в зависимости от степени тяжести комы, отличающийся тем, что используют солевые, бессолевые и коллоидные растворы соотношение которых выбирают в зависимости от степени тяжести состояния больного, оцененного по шкале SAPS, при этом при 1 степени тяжести (10-14 баллов) данное соотношение равно 4:1:1, при 2 степени тяжести (15-19 баллов) -5:1:2, при 3 степени тяжести (20-24 балла)- 3:1:2, при 4 степени тяжести (25-29 баллов)- 3,5:1:1, а их соотношение внутри группы также зависит от степени тяжести состояния больного и при 1 степени тяжести составляет (3:0,25:0,75):1:(0,85:0,15), при 2 степени тяжести составляет (3,3:0,45:1,25):1:(1,6:0,4), при 3 степени тяжести составляет (1,7:0,3:1,0):1:(1,4:0,6), при 4 степени тяжести составляет (2,45:0,2:0,85): 1:(0,65:0,35).1.
