Claims (1)
- Гетерогенный фотоэлемент, включающий расположенный на металлической пластине фоточувствительный слой, содержащий полупроводниковые наночастицы, прозрачный проводящий слой и электроконтактную сетку, отличающийся тем, что указанный фоточувствительный слой представляет собой полупроводниковый полимер n- типа, а указанные полупроводниковые наночастицы выполнены в виде полупроводниковых нанокристаллов р- типа и в указанный фоточувствительный слой дополнительно введены металлические наночастицы размером 10-30 нм при концентрации указанных наночастиц в указанном слое (1-10) 10-2 объемных долей и при среднем расстоянии между указанными нанокристаллами и указанными наночастицами не более 1000 нм.
