Способ получения йодированной пищевой добавки, включающий обезжиривание молока, введение белков и йодсодержащих элементов, сушку йодированного белка с органически связанной формой йода, отличающийся тем, что в качестве сырья используют смесь обезжиренного свежего молока и белков различного природного происхождения, обработку которой проводят при температуре 18-45°С реакционной смесью модифицированных ферментов, иммобилизированных на полупроницаемых мембранах и комплексом минеральных солей с поддержанием РН раствора от 5-8, с последующей макро-, микро- и диафильтрацией раствора, его стерилизацией и сублимационной сушкой полученной йодированной пищевой добавки, причем процесс диафильтрации ведут при постоянном контроле остаточного количества свободного йода в растворе.1.
