Устройство для резки движущихся труб, содержащее установленный на каретке с возможностью вращения барабан с шестерней привода вращения и с планшайбой, в направляющих которой с возможностью поперечного перемещения установлен механизм осевого и поперечного перемещения инструмента, который выполнен в виде резцов для отрезки труб с возможностью одновременного снятия фаски на торце трубы, а механизм поперечного перемещения резцов выполнен в виде установленного на барабане с возможностью поворота кольца шестерню и рычагов, один конец каждого из которых шарнирно соединен с соответствующим резцом, а второй с кольцом зубчатой передачи, в которой половина шестерни предназначена для взаимодействия с шестерней барабана, а вторая половина – с шестерней кольца, причем шестерня зубчатой передачи размещена на валу связанным с приводом его вращения, отличающееся тем, что шестерня барабана и шестерня кольца установлены на приводном валу с возможностью независимого вращения относительно друг друга или вращаются совместно при воздействии, например, фрикционной передачи с пневмоприводом, причем передаточные числа зубчатой передачи барабана и зубчатой передачи кольца отличаются, а рычаги шарнирно соединены с кольцом и соответствующим резцом или могут быть выполнены в виде двуплечих рычагов с шарнирами установленными на планшайбе.A device for cutting moving pipes, comprising a drum mounted on a carriage with a possibility of rotation and a rotary drive gear and a faceplate, in the guides of which a mechanism of axial and lateral movement of the tool is installed with the possibility of transverse movement, which is made in the form of cutters for cutting pipes with the possibility of simultaneous chamfering at the end of the pipe, and the mechanism for the transverse movement of the cutters is made in the form of a gear and levers mounted on the drum with the possibility of rotation of the ring, one end of each one of which is pivotally connected to the corresponding cutter, and the second to the gear ring, in which half of the gear is designed to interact with the drum gear, and the second half with the gear of the ring, and the gear of the gear is placed on the shaft connected to the drive of its rotation, characterized in that the drum gear and ring gear are mounted on the drive shaft with the possibility of independent rotation relative to each other or rotate together when exposed, for example, to a friction gear with pneumatic vodom, the drum gear ratios of transmission and the ring gear are different, and the levers are articulated to the ring and the corresponding cutter or may be formed as two-armed levers with hinges mounted on the faceplate.
