1. Переносное устройство для электрохимической обработки жидкости, содержащее корпус из диэлектрического материала с размещенными в нем электродами - цилиндрическим внутренним анодом, внешним цилиндрическим катодом, установленными коаксиально, - расположенную между электродами диафрагму, разделяющую межэлектродное пространство на анодную и катодную камеры, и токоподводами, отличающееся тем, что диафрагма выполнена цилиндрической из керамики на основе оксидов алюминия и циркония и установлена коаксиально электродам, анод, катод и диафрагма жестко соединены в электродно-диафрагменный блок, анодная и катодная камеры электродно-диафрагменного блока снабжены средствами для ввода и вывода обрабатываемой жидкости, сам блок жестко закреплен в корпусе, а корпус выполнен с отверстиями, и устройство содержит гибкие трубопроводы, а также быстроразъемные гидравлические соединения и электрический разъем, которые установлены в отверстиях корпуса, причем быстроразъемные гидравлические соединения с внутренней стороны корпуса соединены со средствами ввода и вывода анодной и катодной камер электродно-диафрагменного блока, с внешней стороны корпуса гидравлические соединения соединены с гибкими трубопроводами, а электрический разъем внутри корпуса соединен с токоподводами, а с внешней стороны корпуса - с источником питания.1.
