Способ лечения злокачественных опухолей носоглотки, заключающийся в проведении радикального курса лучевой терапии с двух встречных боковых полей размерами 6×8 см, разовая очаговая доза - 2 Гр, ежедневно, 5 раз в неделю, суммарная очаговая доза -60-70 Гр, курс лечения 6-7 недель, отличающийся тем, что лучевую терапию проводят тормозным излучением бетатрона 25 МэВ в течение 7-8 минут и вводят цисплатин в качестве радиосенсибилизатора в дозе 30 мг/м2, 1 раз в неделю, на 3-4-ый день после проведения лучевой терапии, внутривенно, капельно, на фоне гипергидратации, в течение всего курса облучения.A method for the treatment of malignant tumors of the nasopharynx, which consists in carrying out a radical course of radiation therapy with two opposite side fields measuring 6 × 8 cm, a single focal dose of 2 Gy, daily, 5 times a week, the total focal dose of -60-70 Gy, treatment 6 -7 weeks, characterized in that radiation therapy is carried out by inhibitory radiation of a 25 MeV betatron for 7-8 minutes and cisplatin is administered as a radiosensitizer at a dose of 30 mg / m 2 , 1 time per week, on the 3-4th day after radiation therapy, intravenously, drip, on the background of hyperhydra ation, during the entire course of radiation.
