Способ обеззараживания инфицированных медицинских отходов, при котором отходы увлажняют и помещают в рабочую полость, облучают в полости микроволновой энергией заданного уровня и удаляют из полости, отличающийся тем, что увлажнение проводят жидким раствором сенсибилизатора, облучение прерывают и возобновляют, в паузах между облучением проводят изотермическую выдержку отходов, а после поглощения отходами микроволновой энергии заданного уровня облучение прекращают и проводят последнюю изотермическую выдержку.1.
