Способ измерения поверхностного натяжения жидких сред, включающий воздействие струи газа, вытекающей из сопла, формирование углубления на поверхности жидкости, измерение параметров углубления оптическими методами, отличающийся тем, что на поверхность жидкости воздействуют струей газа с линейно изменяющимся расходом, фиксируют положение отраженного светового потока от поверхности жидкости до и после деформации, о величине поверхностного натяжения судят по времени отклонения отраженного светового потока на заданную величину.1.
