Способ асептического конвейерного розлива жидких пищевых продуктов в штучную готовую тару и устройство для его осуществления, предусматривающий стерилизацию тары УФ излучением, заполнение тары жидким пищевым продуктом и упаковку тары, отличающийся тем, что перед и во время стерилизации тару заполняют нейтральным газом, а ее стерилизацию осуществляют импульсным УФ излучением сплошного спектра с помощью источника, помещаемого в обрабатываемую тару.1. Устройство для осуществления способа по п. 1, содержащее конвейер для установки и продвижения тары, источник УФ излучения с отражателем, блок питания, к выходу которого подключен источник УФ излучения, автомат заливки жидких пищевых продуктов и автомат упаковки тары, отличающееся тем, что в отражателе источника УФ излучения установлен штуцер для подачи нейтрального газа в полость обрабатываемой тары, а источник излучения выполнен в виде U-образной газоразрядной импульсной ксеноновой лампы и установлен с возможностью опускания в полость обрабатываемой тары так, что отражатель в нижнем положении источника закрывает отверстие тары. 2.
