Устройство для разрушения негабаритов горных пород, содержащее взрывчатое вещество (ВВ) в оболочке и взрыватель, отличающееся тем, что оно снабжено удлиненным П-образным корпусом с расположенными в вертикальных стенках воздушными пазухами, связанными с камерой корпуса отверстиями, установленным внутри камеры поршнем, выполненным с выемкой и из двух частей, разделенных демпфирующей прокладкой и подпружиненным относительно верхней полочки корпуса, в которой выполнены отверстия с установленными в них клапанами, направляющей для ВВ, закрепленной в нижней части камеры с возможностью перемещения вдоль ее продольной оси, причем, ВВ выполнено в виде удлиненного кумулятивного заряда (УКЗ) и снабжено демпфирующей прокладкой, отделяющей его от поршня и затвора, и металлической фольгой, расположенной в кумулятивной выемке УКЗ, а установленный с противоположного относительно направляющей торца корпуса взрыватель выполнен из инициирующего ВВ в виде патрона.1.
