Claims (1)

Способ контроля, процесса бурения наклонно-горизонтальных скважин, включающий бурение ствола скважины компоновкой бурильной колонны, состоящей из долота, забойного двигателя, телеметрической системы; бурильных труб, и определение осевой нагрузки на долото, отличающийся тем, что измеряют число оборотов долота при помощи датчика, установленного в автономном скважинном приборе, расположенном в переводнике между долотом и валом забойного двигателя, с передачей информации от датчика по беспроводному каналу, например, ультразвуковому каналу или любому другому, в скважинный прибор телеметрической системы, установленной над забойным двигателем, и далее по кабелю (или другим способом) на поверхность, а величину осевой нагрузки определяют по формуле:

где nx - частота вращения долота при холостом режиме (паспортная характеристика вала забойного двигателя);
n - частота вращения долота (вала забойного двигателя), замеренная датчиком;
k - коэффициент пропорциональности, определяемый опытным путем при стендовых испытаниях забойных двигателей.
