Способ нанесения фосфатирующего состава, включающий в себя обработку поверхности металла раствором, содержащим ионы цинка и нитрата, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно раствор содержит ионы марганца, фосфата и гидроксиламина сернокислого при следующем соотношении компонентов, г\ л:
Zn2+ - 0,8-4,3
Мn2+ - 0,4-2,4
Р2O5 - 4,1-18,5
3- - 1,1-5,5
Гидроксиламин сернокислый - 2,6-13,0
Вода - Остальное
причем температура фосфатирования составляет 35-40oС, а перед нанесением раствора проводят его корректировку по свободной кислотности до 0,7-2,3 точек.
