Claims (1)

Способ лечения рака кожи путем облучения Nd-импульсным лазерным излучением, отличающийся тем, что предварительно проводят ультразвуковое исследование опухоли, выполняют тонкоигольную биопсию ее, а лазерное воздействие осуществляют 1-5 импульсами при длительности их по 4,5 мс и интенсивности излучения, определяемой по формуле:

где I - интенсивность излучения в импульсе, кВт/см2;
х - максимальная толщина опухоли, мм;
ΔT - длительность импульса, мс;
а, b - эмпирические коэффициенты, равные,
причем, облучение проводят с захватом здоровой кожи вокруг опухоли на расстоянии 0,2-1,0 см от максимально выступающего края субклинического распространения опухоли.
