I2 - индекс диастолической функции левого желудочка;
I3 - индекс нарушения локальной сократимости левого желудочка;
I4 - индекс процессов ремоделирования левого желудочка,
и при значении Iоб расценивают состояние миокарда следующим образом:
от 0 до 15 имеющий легкую степень дисфункции миокарда;
от 16 до 30 имеющий умеренную дисфункцию миокарда;
от 31 до 55 имеющий выраженную дисфункцию миокарда;
