The utility model relates to assistive devices for the care of bedridden patients who are in a passive position in medical institutions, intensive care units, palliative care, neurology, nursing homes, hospices and at home, where bed comfort is an important component of well-being.

In such conditions, compliance with personal hygiene rules creates the conditions for a comfortable stay of the patient in a supine position and a speedy recovery of the patient, and also prevents the development of many complications.

Proper care is the key to success in treating bedridden and seriously ill patients. The heavier the patient, the more difficult it is to care for and the more difficult to perform any manipulations.

The claimed device with the code name "Multifunctional device of Mongush" greatly facilitates the care of bed patients, allows you to organize a higher quality of care (facilitates the process of changing diapers and personal hygiene procedures, prevents the risk of pressure sores), reduces the time for patient care for paramedical personnel and for caregivers at home, and also prevents various spinal injuries in the caregiver himself.

The technology for using the claimed device is simple, does not require additional forces and means.

The device is designed to give the most comfortable position to the bed patient with the aim of performing hygienic procedures, as well as when washing the patient after emptying the bladder and the act of defecation, while caring for the skin and preventing pressure sores when changing diapers.

The closest analogue is the sanitary-hygienic complex for the care of bed patients, known from the patent for invention RU 2342112 (priority from 04.04.2007).

The sanitary-hygienic complex for caring for bed patients contains backs, a frame on which the bed is mounted, and side rails. At the same time, it is connected to the sewage system and the water supply source and contains a warm air supply system for drying the body of the bed patient with a heater and a screen for covering the side rails, one of which is removable, equipped with two counterweights.

The inner surface of such a complex, formed by a bed, an intermediate plate, backs and lateral barriers fixed in the upper position, has a substrate of flexible sealed material made for insertion under the patient and having hermetic adapters and holes matching the water drain hole and the hole to maintain the necessary water level.

The complex includes a device for collecting the stool of the patient, containing a vessel and a system for supplying various liquids for treating the perineum, as well as a compressor, air ducts and a switch for supplying compressed air.

The disadvantages of this complex are cumbersome, the need to connect the device with a drain for water and a hole to maintain the required water level, as well as congestion of the complex with various additional devices, which does not provide the possibility of its mobile movement and use at home, as a result of which the patient has to be transported to the place carrying out the necessary hygienic procedures and vice versa, which does not provide proper rest for the bed patient, necessary when observing Research Institute of bed rest.

The claimed device was designed with the disadvantages of a close analogue.

One problem solved by the claimed device is to ensure mobility and simplification of the design, which nonetheless provides the opportunity to provide high quality patient care with the creation of a convenient comfortable position of the patient in the process of personal hygiene.

Another problem solved by the claimed device is to give the most comfortable position to the bed patient while performing manipulations to care for him, without making any efforts, preventing various injuries in the caregiver himself.

For this, the claimed mobile device was equipped with jacks with a lever-screw system for performing the necessary procedures for the patient, as well as a hinged-movable mechanism for regulating the vertical or horizontal positions of the body holders in the claimed device.

The technical result is to obtain a portable mobile compact design of the device that contains everything necessary for the personal hygiene procedures of a bedridden patient and to prevent the risk of bedsores, allowing after the personal hygiene procedures to quickly and unimpededly move the patient to the same comfortable position as before the personal hygiene procedures.

In general terms, the claimed device is a mobile device for the care of bedridden patients, including a base inside which there is a water tank connected by a hose to a sprayer, and in the upper part of the base there is a bowl for used water with an inclined bottom, two lever-screw jacks with removable handles located on the sides of the base in the middle part and consisting of lower and upper levers pivotally connected to each other, attached one to each of the lever-screw jack metal tubes parallel to the sides of the base, leg holders for the sacral region and back, made in the form of plates bent under the body contours, pairwise mounted on metal tubes through a node for attachment to metal tubes, each holder has a pivotally movable a mechanism providing movement of the leg holders for the sacral region and back in a horizontal plane, wherein the nodes for attaching the leg and back holders also include metal tubes ki to which the articulated-movable mechanism is attached, and in the metal tube of the foot-holder attachment assembly there is an additional articulated-movable mechanism that provides the movement of the leg-holders in a vertical plane, while two lever-screw jacks are interconnected by a fixing rod fixed to the upper part of the upper levers of the lever-screw jacks, and in the middle part of the lever-screw jacks at the junction of the lower and upper levers, a screw rod is fixed that provides lifting or blowing jacks.

The technique of using the claimed device:

1. it is necessary to turn the bed patient on its side, then place the device under the patient, starting from the lumbar region to the lower extremities;

2. using the hinges located in the attachment points of the leg holders, alternately raise the patient's legs, while they bend effortlessly at the knees;

3. then, using the hinges that ensure the movement of the leg holders in a horizontal plane, extend the patient's legs to give a comfortable position when performing necessary procedures;

4. jacks raise the patient to the desired height;

5. using hinges, rotating the back holders on the sides on both sides, you can remove the diaper;

6. the perineum is washed with a spray to the patient, then, without changing the position of the patient, with the help of hinges, rotating the holders for the back on the sides, put on a diaper. If necessary, you can leave the patient for several minutes in this position, alternately rotating the holders for the back to prevent pressure sores;

7. after completing the procedures, with the help of hinges, bring the patient’s legs apart and bent at the knees to their original position;
