Abstract

The present utility model relates generally to the wiper connecting structure, namely to a universal wiper blade adapter, in particular to a device for removably connecting a wiper blade to a wiper arm. The technical result is to provide universality of a device for removably connecting a wiper blade to a wiper arm for work with all wiper arms that are currently implemented in the Russian market. The technical result was achieved by creating devices VA for removable connection of the wiper blade with the wiper arm, including a bracket connected to the wiper blade frame and containing the hinge axis, an adapter comprising a pair of side wall parts having mounting holes passing through them, hinge protrusions, a locking strip, a hook-shaped part that locks coating, and additionally containing grooves on the side wall of the adapter, as well as two functional nozzles, the first of which is fixed in the grooves, and the second is fixed on and the first, while the nozzles are made removable.

Description

The present utility model generally relates to a wiper connecting structure, namely, to a universal wiper blade adapter, in particular to a device for removably connecting a wiper blade to a wiper arm.

The vehicle wiper is mounted on the vehicle glass. In General, the design of the wiper provides for the mounting of the wiper blade in the connecting node and the docking of the connecting node with a leash. Thus, the leash drives the wiper blade by means of a connecting unit. In addition, the wiper blade can firmly adhere to the glass of the vehicle, and the wiper can move reciprocally along the glass of the vehicle, exerting a pressing force on the wiper blade, which removes water and dirt from the vehicle glass due to the reciprocating movements of the wiper.

Universal adapters mounted on the wiper blades are used to connect the different types of leads that form the wiper.

Universal adapters for different types of leashes are currently on the market. A number of patents and applications (US201000205763, RU108742, RU122958) disclose universal adapters for connecting wiper blades to leads.

The closest in technical essence to the claimed universal adapter is a device for connecting a flat wiper blade, disclosed in the patent for the invention (RU2416536, 2011), including a connector, an arm connected to the wiper blade frame and containing a hinge axis, an adapter including a pair lateral wall parts having mounting holes passing through them, articulated protrusions, a locking strip, a hook-shaped portion, a locking coating, a locking hole.

Embodiments of the present invention can provide a device for connecting a wiper blade to the wiper arms of the following modifications: “hook”, “side pin”, “button”, “side clip”.

The disadvantage of this device is the lack of versatility, namely the lack of the ability to attach a 19 mm push button lever and a wiper lever with a 22 mm side finger, which are widely used on automotive models.

The manufacturer can use universal adapters according to the needs of the user, which allows to reduce production costs and increase reliability. Meanwhile, each type of universal adapter is usually slightly modified so that it is fully suitable for specific wiper blades.

Therefore, it would be desirable to offer a universal adapter for the wiper, allowing to realize the above advantages.

The problem solved by the authors was to modify the design of the device for removable connection of the wiper blade with the wiper arm, which allows working with all wiper arms that are currently implemented in the Russian market.

The technical result consists in ensuring the versatility of the device for removable connection of the wiper blade with the wiper arm for working with all wiper arms currently sold on the Russian market.

The technical result was achieved by creating a device for removable connection of the wiper blade with the wiper arm, including a bracket connected to the wiper blade frame and containing the hinge axis, an adapter including a pair of side wall parts having mounting holes passing through them, hinge protrusions, a locking strip , a hook-shaped part, a locking coating, and additionally containing grooves on the side wall parts of the adapter, as well as two functional nozzles, wherein The first of them fixed in the grooves, and the second is fixed to the first, wherein the nozzles are removable.

The grooves on the side walls of the adapter allow you to securely fasten the first Push Button nozzle to the installation grooves of the adapter.

The first nozzle, mounted on the mounting grooves of the side wall parts of the adapter, allows you to implement a device with a lever type "Push button" 19 mm and a nozzle for the wiper lever with a side finger 22 mm.

A device for removably connecting a wiper blade to a wiper arm comprises a bracket 1 connected to a wiper blade frame and comprising an hinge axis 2, an adapter 3 including side wall parts 4a, 4b having mounting holes 5 for pin type levers passing through them , articulated protrusions 6a, 6b for “side clamp” type levers, locking plate 7 for “button” type levers, locking cover 8, covering the hook-shaped part 9 and fixing the “hook” lever in it, grooves 10 on the side walls th adapter parts 4a, 4b, the first nozzle on the mounting slots 10, allowing to work with lever type Push Button 19 mm and a second attachment 12 fixed to the first, allowing the lever to operate the wiper with a lateral finger 22 mm.

Thus, the device according to this utility model provides a technical result, since the presence of nozzles, one of which is fixed in the grooves on the side wall parts of the adapter, and the second on the first, allows you to use the device with all types of levers on the Russian market, namely:

wiper arms with locking on top or wiper arms with clamping tongue (Top lock);

wiper arm;

wiper bayonet lever (Push Button 16 mm, 18 mm);

wiper arm with lateral lock "Side pin" 17 mm, 22 mm;
