Abstract

Полезная модель относится к техническим устройствам подготовки документов уголовного процесса, а именно является устройством, позволяющим оперативно и аккуратно оформлять процессуальные документы путем нанесения на указанные документы оттиска с необходимой информацией, что становится возможным быстрой установкой в штампе сменных клише с необходимой информацией.Технической задачей полезной модели является совершенствование конструкции штампа с автоматической оснасткой, позволяющее осуществлять выбор из нескольких вариантов заранее заготовленной информации, расположенной на сменных клише, требуемый вариант, быстро устанавливать выбранное клише на базу и, тем самым, оперативно оформлять процессуальные документы нанесением на них оттиска выбранного клише.Техническая задача решается за счет того, что штамп для процессуальных документов с автоматической оснасткой и комплектом сменных клише с различной информацией, состоящий из корпуса и рамы, причем корпус представляет собой коробчатую деталь из пяти стенок в форме прямоугольного параллелепипеда, причем четыре боковые соединенные друг с другом стенки корпуса имеют вверху пятую стенку, а рама состоит их двух одинаковых параллельных друг другу ножек, каждая из которых представляет собой толстостенную прямоугольную деталь высотой, равной высоте боковых стенок корпуса, при этом ножки соединены в верхней и нижней частях четырьмя поперечинами, две вверху и две внизу, причем рама подвижно закреплена в корпусе и корпус относительно рамы имеет возможность совершать движения вдоль ножек, а размеры поперечин Зачастую, при подготовке процессуальных документов необходимо на них наносить большой объем информации, суть и содержание которой может повторяться на не малом количестве документов. Нанесение этой информации вручную влечет за собой в силу индивидуальности лиц, заполняющих процессуальные документы, затраты времени, помарки, а иногда и неразборчивость почерка.
