Abstract

The utility model relates to the food industry, namely to closures for consumer containers intended for food products, such as juices, mashed potatoes, etc. The technical result from the use of the claimed technical solution consists in realizing the purpose of expanding the arsenal of technical means. The closure cover contains a coaxially mounted cap 1 with an internal thread, a casing 2 covering the cap from the outside and rigidly connected to it with uniformly located radial jumpers, and located under the cap and a cylindrical tape connected to it with conical teeth on the inner surface. The outer generatrix of the casing is made in the form of uniformly alternating ribs 6 and grooves 7 of a comparable width with the possibility of attaching to them from the sides of other identical covers. On the lower edge of the jumpers, cylindrical protrusions and non-through holes of proportional diameters are alternately and uniformly arranged, and on the upper part of the casing, through holes are evenly spaced around the circumference with a step equal to the step between the protrusions and non-through holes on the edge of the jumpers, with the possibility of attaching from above and below to the lid of other identical lids. 1 s.p. f-ly, 9 ill.

The utility model relates to the food industry, namely, closures for consumer containers intended for food products, such as juices, mashed potatoes, etc.

A threaded cap for a consumer container is known, comprising a coaxially mounted cap with an internal thread and a casing covering the cap from the outside and rigidly connected to it by uniformly spaced radial jumpers, while the outer forming casing is made in the form of uniformly alternating ribs and grooves of a commensurate width, with the possibility of joining from the sides of other identical covers, i.e. the cover can be used as an element of the designer (patent for invention EP 2489605, 2012.)

This cover has structural differences from the stated.

This device is taken as a prototype, as the closest to the proposed device, because as well as in the proposed device, the lid can be used as an element of the designer along with other similar covers after emptying the container.

The technical result from the use of the claimed technical solution consists in the implementation of the purpose, which consists in expanding the arsenal of technical means.

The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that

In addition, on both sides of the ribs 6 and grooves 7, grooves 11 and ribs 12 are formed, respectively, and the width of the grooves 11 is proportional to the thickness of the ribs 12.

The cover for the consumer container contains a coaxially mounted cap 1 with an internal thread, a casing 2, covering the cap 1 from the outside and rigidly connected to it by uniformly spaced radial bridges 3, and located under the cap 1 and connected to it by a cylindrical tape 4 with conical teeth on the inner surface. The latter are made with the possibility of destructive interactions with protrusions on the consumer capacity at its first opening.

The outer generatrix of the casing 2 is made in the form of uniformly alternating ribs 6 and grooves 7 of a commensurate width with the possibility of attaching to them from the sides of other identical covers. On the lower edges of the jumpers 3, cylindrical protrusions 8 and non-through holes 9 of proportional diameters are alternately and uniformly arranged, and on the upper part of the casing 2, through holes 10 evenly spaced around the circumference are made in increments equal to the step between the protrusions 8 and through holes 9, with the possibility of attachment top and bottom to the lid of other identical lids. On both sides of the ribs 6 and grooves 7, grooves 11 and ribs 12 are formed, respectively, and the width of the grooves 11 is proportional to the thickness of the ribs 12.

The device is used as follows.

At the first opening of the container, the cone-shaped teeth 5 are destroyed by interaction with the protrusions (not shown) on the consumer container, partially or completely detached from the cylindrical tape. After this cover is easily unscrewed before it is disconnected from the cylindrical insert. After partial use of the container, the lid is closed and the next time the container is uncorked, special efforts to unscrew it will not be required. In this case, the cap 1 is protected by the casing 2 from external influences, for example, in the event of its fall.

After emptying the container, it is disposed of, and the lid, together with other similar lids, can be used as an element of the game constructor. In this case, the covers can be interconnected by side parts. For this, the ribs 6 of one cover go into the grooves 7 of the other cover, and the ribs 12 - into the grooves 11 and are held due to the tight fit of the ribs to the grooves.

In addition, the upper part of one cover may be connected to the lower or upper part of the other cover. For this, the protrusions 8 of one cover are placed in through holes 9 or 10 of the other cover.

Using a utility model expands the arsenal of tools for a specific purpose, alternative to the well-known solution.

Lid for consumer containers, containing coaxially mounted: - cap with internal thread, a casing covering the cap from the outside and rigidly connected to it by a uniformly spaced radial jumpers, and - located under the cap and connected with it, a cylindrical tape with conical teeth on the inner surface, the outer generatrix of the casing is made in the form of uniformly alternating ribs 6 and grooves 7 of a comparable width with the possibility of attaching to them from the sides of other identical covers, on the lower edge of the jumpers are made alternately and evenly arranged cylindrical protrusions and through holes of commensurate diameters, and on the upper part of the casing - non-through holes evenly spaced around the circumference with a step equal to the step between the protrusions and non-through holes on the edge of the lintels, with the possibility of connecting from above and with the study to cover other identical covers. 2. A cover according to claim 1, characterized in that, on both sides of the ribs 6 and grooves 7, grooves 11 and ribs 12 are formed, respectively, and the width of the grooves 11 is proportional to the thickness of the ribs 12.
